Arctic Monkeys fans have been warned to check their bank balance if they tried to buy tickets this morning.
Thousands of fans clamoured for tickets to see the Sheffield band as tickets for the UK and Ireland tour went on sale at 9am.
Due to overwhelming popularity, the band added another two dates at the Fly DSA Arena for Friday and Saturday night.
All four dates in Sheffield have now sold out, leaving many fans disappointed after missing out on tickets.
However, many customers were left confused after entering their payment information on the FlyDSA Arena booking page but still failing to land tickets.
Some customers were told that there had been a 'problem processing the payment' and were told to contact the Box Office for further information.
Others were told that there orders were being processed without getting any confirmation emails.
Despite the lack of a confirmation emails, many customers were left shocked when they discovered that money had been taken out of their accounts for the tickets.
Some customers had as much as £400 taken out of their account following the mix-up.
Callum James Sissons tweeted: "@SheffieldArena you’ve taken money for 8 lots of tickets for monkeys. What’s going on? You said my card transaction didn’t go through."
A section on FlyDSA's Frequently Asked Questions page said that customers should contact the Box Office on 0114 256 56 56.
The statement read: "This screen and message sometimes displays either when the address entered with the booking does not match with that held by the bank during the authorisation process or there has been a connection issue between the ticketing system, bank and/or transaction authorisation.
"Tickets are not confirmed until you receive confirmation that your order has been processed and accepted, unfortunately if you receive “Your order is being processed message” for more than 2 minutes your booking is not being processed.
"Your bank may be tagged with the amount of money but this has not been taken from the account and this tag can take several hours to be removed.
"You will need to reject your booking and try to book again by either entering the correct address details or calling the venue box office for assistance.
"We are working with the ticketing system provider to rectify this issue and/or change the message wording to make it clear that the booking is not processing and you must re-book. "
