Women rescued from care home lift
Two women had to be rescued from a lift after it became stuck between two floors at a care home in Knottingley.
Fire crews from Pontefract Station attended the incident just after 5pm yesterday (Wednesday).
A firefighter said the women, aged 66 and 70, were stuck for 10 minutes following a lift fault.
