I feel that the front page of this week’s Express was very misleading and very biased towards Labour as the Express usually is.
This is in reference to the headline on the chaos in the health service.
I attend the eye clinic and one other department at Pinderfields Hospital on a regular basis. I have found the service extremely good and have no complaints at all. The one thing I have noticed over the years is that as treatments get better more and more people are joining the treatment queues. This not the fault of the government but the successes in providing better treatments.
Please lay off the government and look to the huge numbers of admin staff and nurse managers working in the hospitals instead of front line staff.
The savings should be made by offloading some of the management and pen pushers in the NHS. That would save a fortune.
