The royal wedding will soon be upon us and many people around the UK will be tuning in to watch the big day.

A variety of places around Leeds will be screening live footage of the wedding, including pubs and bars.

If you want to celebrate in style, you can head down to one of these pubs to watch the wedding of the year whilst sipping on a refreshing drink.

Myrtle Tavern

Watch the royal wedding on the big screen at the Myrtle Tavern, and then enjoy a refreshing drink in the beer garden afterwards.

For one day only, the pub is also allowing customers to bring along their own picnics, and live music will follow the ceremony, before the FA Cup final is shown a little later on.

Guests heading to Curve Bar to watch the wedding live can also enjoy a delicious afternoon tea.

Mustard Pot will be screening the wedding from their TV in the beer garden from 11am, where they'll also be selling lemon and elderflower cake and scones with cream and jam.

The Templar Hotel will have lots going on to celebrate the royal wedding, including a live screening of the proceedings.

They will also be showing the FA Cup final afterwards.

Terrace, based at Leeds University, will be live screening the ceremony - and there’s even free cake for guests in wedding fancy dress.

There will also be outdoor games, a barbecue, and a wedding reception party with DJ.
