The player concerned, who has so far had no symptoms, is now self-isolating.

The player took part in Wakefield Thornes' game at Hallam last Saturday, but there is not considered to be any risk to anyone involved in that game, provided that they followed social distancing guidelines and the ECB Return to Cricket protocols.

The postponement of this Saturday's Wakefield Thornes game is purely precautionary.
