OSSETT Town will travel to Solihull Moors in the FA Trophy third qualifying round.

Town booked their place in the next round thanks to a 4-2 victory over Barwell at Stade France on Saturday and have been rewarded with a trip to Blue Square Bet North opposition.

The match will take place on Saturday, November 26 (kick-off 3pm).

Lee Garside, Danny Clapham and Ryan White put Town into a 3-0 lead at the weekend before Barwell hit back with a quickfire brace to make it a nervous end to the second qualifying round contest.

Garside hit a second penalty with eight minutes to go to seal progression for Phil Sharpe’s men.

Ossett Albion and cash-strapped Wakefield FC were both in Division 1 North action and both fell to defeats.

Bottom side Albion made a real fight of their game at Warrington Town before going down to a 3-2 defeat, Dale Kelly and Doran Jordan the goalscorers.

Wakefield FC, who revealed to Express Sport last week that they had just seven days to find a buyer or face extinction, travelled to Lancaster City and went down 2-0.

The Bears, who could have been playing in their final league match if a buyer doesn’t save the club, held out until the 68th minute before falling to defeat.
