Hemsworth MW set for Leeds United Legends visit

LEEDS United legends will descend on Hemsworth MW FC this Sunday in a benefit match for former Welfare player Mick Crapper (kick-off 2pm).

Crapper suffered a serious injury while playing for the club 20 years ago and former Whites such as Gary McAllister, Lee Sharpe and Simon Grayson could feature against a Hemsworth XI including current players and staff as well as Crapper’s former team-mates this weekend.

The match is part of a family day at the MDC Sports Stadium in Fitzwilliam, which will also include Hemsworth MW Ladies playing a league match at 11am.
