Fast-starting Durkar U15s opened their season’s account with a 4-0 win over Royston Dynamos.

Durkar netted three within the first 20 minutes. Goal machine Ben Lewis started where he left off last season with a 15 minute hat-trick followed by his fourth just before half-time.

With a large strong squad to choose from, manager Richard Booth had the opportunity to experiment with several changes in the second half.

This led to a more disjointed performance but Durkar still managed to produce several good opportunities, while Royston never gave up and came close to scoring on a few occasions themselves.

No further goals were added as the whistle blew for a full-time score of 4-0.

Conservatory Outlet man of the match went to Ben Lewis.
