Head of Youth Richard Kelly said: “Brad and Frazer are two great examples of how our youth programme continues to develop high calibre players who can progress to the highest level of the game. Both players have progressed through the Junior and Senior Academy and have always shown the dedication and commitment required to push on with their careers.

“Next year will see significant and positive changes being made to the delivery of our youth programme and we can expect Brad and Frazer to be joined by more high quality Wakefield Academy produced players. I’m excited at the prospect of the next few years and the promise they hold for the players coming through our youth system.”

Moules said: “All the hard work has finally paid off, to be able to get a contract and to get a shot at being in the first team is fantastic and a dream come true. I have trained with the first team on and off for a few years now and it is a great experience, it has helped me improve and grow as a player and makes you want to train so much harder.”

Morris added: “It’s an amazing feeling to be offered a one-year deal and for the opportunity to be part of the first team squad. I am going to continue to work hard whilst playing for the U19s this season and push on for the first team.”
