JOHN Kear has made a trio of changes to his 19-man squad for his final game in charge of Wakefield Wildcats when Bradford Bulls visit the Rapid Solicitors Stadium on Friday (kick-off 8pm).

Frankie Mariano, Josh Griffin and Jeremy Smith have all been named in the squad, with James Davey, Jarrad Hickey and Lucas Walshaw missing out.

Mariano returns after recovering from an ankle injury, while Griffin returns after he failed a late fitness test on a knee injury last week which saw him miss the Leeds Rhinos game.

Davey misses out after suffering a head injury in last week’s reserve team clash against Leeds Rhinos.

Wildcats will be eager to finish the season with a win and avoid becoming the first Wakefield side to finish bottom of Super League, as well as give Kear a winning send-off.

Full 19-man squad: Korkidas, Rinaldi, Morrison, Lee, Tony, Smith, Johnson P, Morton, Gledhill, Mariano, Howarth, Veivers, Higgins, Wildie, Higgins, Amor, Tongia, Moore, Tadulala.
