PROP forward Michael Korkidas has been reunited with former Wakefield Trinity Wildcats team-mate Jason Demetriou after signing for Championship club Keighley Cougars.
The 30 year-old, who has spent the last three seasons at Wakefield, will now play alongside Cougars’ player-coach and former Trinity skipper Demetriou.
Korkidas said: “The supporters have been nothing but fantastic during my time with the Wildcats.
“There have been lots of ups and downs over the past few years and the fans have stuck by us through thick and thin.
“I was welcomed to the club with open arms when I joined and I really would like to thank the supporters for how great they have been.”
A statement from the Wildcats said: “Wakefield Trinity Wildcats would like to take this opportunity to thank Korkidas for his efforts during his time at the club and wish him all the best at Keighley and in the future.”
