WAKEFIELD Wildcats prop Kyle Amor is set to feature for Ireland in their international match against France on Saturday.

Amor missed the defeat against Wales last time out but has been recalled to the Irish squad by head coach Mark Aston.

He joined the squad for training at Sheffield’s Don Valley Stadium on Tuesday night and will fly out with the rest of the squad as they look to bounce back from their disappointing loss in Wales.

It will be an historic occasion, with Ireland playing Limerick’s Thomond Park ground for the very first time.

Irish squad: Paddy Barcoe (Carlow RL), Elliott Cosgrove (Dewsbury Rams), Liam Finn, Joe Mulhern (Both Featherstone Rovers), Bob Beswick, Paul Handforth, James Haley (all Halifax RLFC), Greg McNally (Huddersfield Giants), Luke Ambler, Callum Casey (Leeds Rhinos), Joe Taylor (North Dublin Eagles), Paddy Boyle (Oxford RL), Tim Bergin, Pat Smith (Both Sheffield Eagles), Ian Cross, Aaron McCloskey (Both St Helens), Ged Corcoran (Toulouse), Kyle Amor (Wakefield Trinity Wildcats), Tyrone McCarthy (Warrington Wolves), Sean Carmody (York City Knights)
