Teams to compete in Tour de Yorkshire

The world’s top cyclists are gearing up for the first ever Tour de Yorkshire.

Starting on Friday, May 1 the race takes place in three stages and the final stage will start in Wakefield on Sunday, May 3.

A total of 18 teams have signed up to the race.

Top row: BMC Racing Team, Team SKY, Cofidis and Cult Energy Pro Cycling.

Second row: IAM Cycling, MTN - Qhubeka, Team Europcar and Team Giant-Alpecin.

Third row: Team Lotto NL-Jumbo, Topsport Vlaanderen-Baloise, Roompot Organje Peloton and One Pro Cycling.

Fourth row: NFTO, Team Wiggins, Team Great Britain and Madison Genesis.

Fifth row: JLT Condor and Team Raleigh.
