Thousands of music fans enjoyed live bands, singers and performers at the Long Division Festival.
Around 70 acts took to eight stages in the city centre from Friday to Sunday.
Warehouse 23, on Smyth Street, was packed on Saturday night as headliners The Fall concluded the day’s entertainment.
And a fringe festival on the Sunday included talks, readings, comedy, a pop-up cinema and music from local acts.
Poet Simon Armitage and the Scaremongers performed at Theatre Royal Wakefield, while former Radio 1 DJ Andy Kershaw talked about his career at The Hop, on Bank Street.
