This is how you can support the Prince of Wales Hospice by taking part in a sponsored mountain climb

Families in the Five Towns are being invited to quite literally take on a mountain of a challenge to raise money for the Prince of Wales Hospice.

New to 2021, The Prince of Wales Hospice have just the ticket to help families reconnect, take on an adventure and make lasting memories.

Jill Kirkham, Fundraising Manager at the Hospice said: "This challenge is perfect for blowing off the cobwebs after a tough year. The Yorkshire Peaks are so beautiful and they’re right on our doorstep!

"Camping is available the night before which adds even more of an adventure for the children, and it is a great opportunity to get to know other walkers too.

The Pen y Ghent Family Challenge, which is sponsored by Haribo, takes place on Saturday 15 May.

"It’s a great way to raise valuable funds, while making memories with our families. So, step up to the challenge and have some family fun along the way too!"

Families signing up to the challenge before the end of February will be able to take advantage of an early bird offer of £45 for a family of four, with additional family members just £15 per person.

Individual walkers can also take on the challenge for £20 each.

There is a minimum sponsorship of £300.
