“We have thousands of guests who have already had breaks cancelled this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic,” said Gerard Tempest, guest and proposition Director.
“We look forward to reopening our parks as soon as government advice allows and as soon it is safe to do so, and are busy making changes to the way we operate our parks to ensure we can comply with the latest requirements.

However we can still provide the chance for families to escape to the British coast and enjoy a breath of fresh air at the seaside on a Haven Hideaway break.”
'Haven Hideaway’ breaks will be available from July and across the whole of the 2020 season. Guests who already have breaks booked during this period will not be affected at this stage.
“We still hope to offer these guests the facilities and activities they have booked and we will be contacting them at least four weeks ahead of their break to provide an update. All 2020 and 2021 bookings are automatically covered by our Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee, so all guests are able to cancel their holiday from 28 days before up until three days prior to their arrival at no cost and receive a full refund,” continued Tempest.
