Town supermarket undergoing refurbishment
A town centre supermarket has shut for a refurbishment months after it was initially planned.
Aldi on Enterprise Way in Castleford was meant to undergo a makeover but due to the pandemic, work was shelved.
The store remained open during lockdown to allow people access to essential items.
The store closed after the weekend and is not expected to re-open until next week.
Shoppers are being reminded that another store remains open on Park Road in nearby Glass Houghton.
