Elite Auctions owner Simon Bailey said: “It’s been a great day for Elite Auctions and have had the pleasure to host Johnny and Bev here with us for the day, hopefully the items will do well for him in his shop.”

The programme is scheduled to air over the summer.

The show involves Vegas exploring a range of unusual items, uncovering the stories behind them while offering his characteristic wit and deadpan commentary.

In each episode, he visits small shops, markets, and private collections, meeting owners and collectors along the way.

He played Ray in the critically acclaimed sitcom The Royle Family from 1998 to 2012, a role that earned him widespread appreciation for his timing and naturalistic performances.

His other TV work includes starring roles in Benidorm, where he played Geoff Maltby, and appearances in dramas like High Hopes and Ideal.
