9 coins to collect
This latest release comes following the launch of the Winnie the Pooh 50p in September, and ahead of the Piglet coin, which is due to be made available in November.
The 50p depicts Christopher Robin coming down some stairs, with Winnie the Pooh in his hand. It is illustrated using a watercolour technology the Mint developed for the first coin in the collection.

A total of nine coins will be released, with the collection celebrating the much-loved characters behind the classic tales.
The 2020 series already features Winnie the Pooh, Christopher Robin and Piglet. The remaining six coins will follow over the next two years, and should include illustrations of fellow characters such as Tigger and Eeyore.
