The Weston, which boasts an open kitchen, Scandinavian style and seasonal menu of locally and sustainably sourced produce, has today (Tuesday, April 27) reopened for outdoor dining.

The £3.6m visitor centre and restaurant first opened in 2019, and just weeks later secured three prestigious awards at the RIBA Yorkshire Awards.
