Berghaus and Sprayway jackets stolen in Leeds rooftop break-in

Thieves broke in through a roof and stole thousands of pounds worth of outdoor clothing from a Leeds store.

The burglary happened overnight on Sunday when the thieves broke into the Winfields Outdoors shop on Selby Road, in Garforth.

They stole more than 250 Berghaus and Sprayway jackets after breaking in.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police’s Leeds Outer East Neighbourhood Policing Team said the jackets were of high value.
