COURT LISTS: Sixty-eight-year-old convicted of child sex abuse offences

Neal Alan Frost, age 68, of Chequerfield Avenue, Pontefract, admitted three counts of making indecent images of children, some of which were Category A - the most serious. He also admitted a charge of possessing an extreme pornographic image of a dog. He was given a community order with a 12-week electronic tag curfew, put on the sex offenders register for five years, given a five-year sexual harm prevention order to allow his internet use to be monitored and told to pay £170 costs.

Ross Aaron Britton, age 27, of The Meadows, South Elmsall, admitted using racially-aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a police officer and was given a community order with alcohol dependency treatment and to pay £175 costs.

Michael James Pearson, age 34, of Church Lane, Featherstone, admitted drink driving by having 79 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £120 and told to pay £1,000 compensation.

Tokukara Nguvauva, age 21, of Agbrigg Road, Wakefield, was convicted of drink driving by having 79 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was also convicted driving while banned, having a child as a passenger who was not wearing a seat belt, driving without insurance and assaulting a detention officer. He was banned from driving for 40 months, given 120 hours of unpaid work, told to pay £50 compensation and £180 costs.

Donna Sutcliffe, age 35, of Fryston Road, Castleford, admitted six counts of stealing carpet cleaners worth £350 each. She was given 80 hours of unpaid work and told to pay £2,100 compensation.

Matthew Darren Tolson, age 30, of Henson Grove, Castleford, admitted assaulting a male and was given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £107 costs.

Scott Brightmore, age 40, of Station Lane, Featherstone, was found guilty of stealing coffee worth £18 from Lidl and was fined £130 and told to pay £119 costs. The case was proved in his absence.

Daniel Peake, age 60, of South Parade, Ossett, admitted drink driving by having 74 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £550 and told to pay £140 costs.

Christopher James Palmer, age 31, of Warmfield View, Wakefield, admitted damaging a police cell and was told to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.

Terri Lindsay, age 33, of Broomhill Square, Knottingley, admitted assaulting a police officer and was given a community order, fined £120 and told to pay £180 costs.

Saulius Butenkovas, age 25, of Rutland Avenue, Wakefield, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cocaine and was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £120 and told to pay £32 costs.

Joshua Candlin, age 26, of Eastbourne Terrace, Pontefract, admitted sending grossly offensive or indecent messages and resisting arrest. He was given a community order, a two-year restraining order and told to pay £95 costs.

Danny Clayton, age 26, of School Street, Castleford, admitted damaging a police vehicle and was given a 12-month conditional discharge, told to pay £80 compensation and £21 costs.

Rinalds Barinovs, age 36, of Flanshaw Crescent, Wakefield, admitted drink driving by having 77 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody. He was banned from the road for three years, fined £220 and told to pay £34 costs.

Stephen Snowdon, age 44, of Dickinson Terrace, Featherstone, admitted assaulting a female, criminal damage to a fence and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. He was given 150 hours of unpaid work and told to pay £290 costs.

Christian Elliot Simpson, age 25, of Tarn Hows Walk, Ackworth, admitted assaulting three police officers and was given a community order, fined £150, told to pay £50 compensation to each officer and £180 costs.

Shaun William Burton, age 25, of Park Avenue, Castleford, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cannabis and was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and told to pay £119 costs.

Carl Philip Olbison, age 35, of Second Avenue, Fitzwilliam, admitted assaulting a female and was given a community order and told to pay £180 costs.

Braden James Armstrong, age 30, of Dewsbury Road, Wakefield, admitted possessing cannabis, amphetamine and a lock knife in public. He was given 180 hours of unpaid work and told to pay £180 costs.

Stephen Colville, age 63, of Standbridge Close, Wakefield, admitted drink driving by having 91 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 28 months, given a community order and told to pay £180 costs.

Michael David Jones, age 50, of Mulberry Place, Ryhill, admitted drink driving by having 107 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 24 months, given a community order and told to pay £180 costs.

Darren Steven Green, age 42, of City Lodge Hotel, Wakefield, admitted using threatening, or insulting words or behaviour that was racially aggravated. He was jailed for eight weeks and told to pay £128 costs.

Jason Lawson, age 41, of Netheroyd, Streethouse, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cocaine and was banned from driving for three years, fined £120 and told to pay £117 costs.

Dale Andrew Saul, age 54, of Common Lane, Upton, admitted failing to provide a breath test after being stopped by police. He was banned from driving for 24 months, given 120 hours of unpaid work and told to pay £180 costs.

Stephen Christopher Harrison-Lowe, age 49, of Sherwood Grove, Wakefield, admitted committing fraud by withdrawing £450 from an account that was not his. He was given 12 weeks’ jail, suspended for 12 months, and told to pay £450 compensation.

Thomas William Anthony Batty, age 29, of Bryan Close, Castleford, admitted possessing a three-inch lock knife in public, and criminal damage to two doors. He was jailed for five months, suspended for 12 months, told to pay £200 compensation and £85 costs.

Nicholas Walmsley, age 30, of Wakefield Road, Kinsley, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cocaine and was banned from the road for three years, fined £120, £117 costs.

Finn Bentley, age 20, of Aysgarth Drive, Wakefield, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cannabis and was banned from the road for 18 months, fined £120 and told to pay £117 costs.

David Michael Olliman, age 41, of Chequers Close, Pontefract, admitted using threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards two police officers. He was fined £160 and told to pay £119 costs.

Paul John Dews, age 43, of Springhill Close, Outwood, admitted causing criminal damage to a window while on a suspended sentence for possession of a knife in a public place. He was jailed for 12 weeks and told to pay £122 costs.

Ryan David Osborne, age 27, of Dalefield Avenue, Normanton, admitted possession of cannabis and cocaine and was fined £80 and told to pay £119 costs.

Kieren Pearce, age 21, of Horsefair, Pontefract, admitted possession of cannabis and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £107 costs.

Chloe Dunford, age 18, of Dewsbury Road, Wakefield, admitted mixing with people not from the same household and obstructing a police officer. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £107 costs.

Samuel Alan Jones, age 24, of Aire Terrace, Castleford, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cannabis and was banned from the road for 12 months, fined £500 and told to pay £135 costs.

Thomas Lee Quinn, age 33, of Hawthorne Avenue, Hemsworth, admitted criminal damage. He was given an 18-month conditional discharge, told to pay £456 compensation and £106 costs.

Cameron Reece Staniforth, age 21, of West Street, South Kirkby, admitted possession of cannabis and was fined £100 and told to pay £119 costs.

Craig David Evans, age 31, of Grove Lea Walk, Pontefract, admitted the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, four counts of stealing including hearing aid batteries worth £200 from Pontefract Hospital, urinating in public, being drunk and disorderly and failing to surrender to custody. He was given 60 hours of unpaid work, told to pay over £320 in compensation and £180 costs.

Kevin Matthewman, age 61, of Stoborough Crescent, Featherstone, admitted drink driving by having 188 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 27 months, given a community order with a 10-week electronic tag curfew, fined £120 and told to pay £119 costs.

Gregory David Hinchliff, age 30, of Pontefract Road, Ackworth, admitted failing to provide a breath test when stopped by police. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £450 and told to pay £130 costs.

Courtney O’Sullivan, age 24, of Chequerfield Mount, Pontefract, admitted drink driving by having 59 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She also admitted having no insurance. She was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £345 and told to pay £120 costs.

Jordan Anthony Carter, age 20, of Peterson Road, Wakefield, admitted assaulting a police officer by spitting on her. He was jailed for 20 weeks, suspended for 18 months, given a three-month electronic tag curfew, told to pay £200 compensation and £85 costs.
