Fugitive burglar back behind bars

A convicted burglar hunted by police has been found and returned to prison.

Connor Walker, 23, was released on licence in September last year after serving part of a sentence.

Police appealed on Friday for his whereabouts after breaching the terms of his release, and said he had links to the South Elmsall and Hemsworth areas.

They confirmed yesterday that he had been located.
