Neknominate -see the moment a man drank live goldfish in Wakefield as part of warped craze
Rob Atkinson, 20, was filmed buying the goldfish at Pets at Home.
Atkinson of Buttermere Croft, Walton then took it to McDonalds in Ings Road, Wakefield where he put the live fish in a glass of beer and then drank it down.

Hide AdHe was heard boasting on the video, which was shot by a friend: “I’ve got a goldfish inside me - I’m an animal.”
The neknominate video, shot by Lewis Summers, 19, was then posted online.
The pair were today (Wednesday) prosecuted by the RSPCA at Wakefield and Pontefract Magistrates’ Court.
Atkinson admitted unnecessary suffering to a goldfish by swallowing it, which led to its death.

Hide AdSummers, of Wrangbrook Road, Upton, admitted aiding and abetting the offence.
Deputy District Judge Richard Clews blasted their “sick humour” and banned them from owning or keeping animals for three years.
They were also ordered to perform 40 hours of unpaid community work and pay £723 costs each and £60 victim surcharge.
