Flanshaw Way collision

Crash on Flanshaw, Wakefield, suspected drunk driving, 10.40 pm, Sunday, 25th September.

A man has been arrested after a collision in Wakefield on Sunday night.

The 20 year-old driver of a Ford Fiesta was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after he failed to stop for police officers on Flanshaw Way at about 10.40pm.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman also said the car was involved in a collision with another vehicle which left an elderly man with minor injuries.
