
The event, part of The Wakefield Business Support Programme, will be held in the marketplace from 9am until 3pm.
Businesses will be able to get advice, from how to start a business to growing your current business.
Support includes key financial advice, business growth options, export support, recruitment, apprenticeships and more.
Local business GMP Ltd is a start-up which has benefitted from the programme.

Leader of Wakefield Council Coun Peter Box, who will formally open the event, said: “We have a thriving start-up sector in the district.
“If you’re thinking of starting a business Pontefract Enterprise Show is a great place to come as you’ll get so much advice all in one place.”
Since its start The Wakefield Business Support Programme has supported 300 business start-up enquiries and helped 75 new businesses become established.
