Help put a smile on a child's face this Christmas by donating to toy appeal
Toys can be donated to South Elmsall Town Council’s Christmas appeal up until Saturday at the Westfield Centre on Westfield Lane.
This year’s appeal has been boosted with around £2,000 worth of toys bought by Rotherham-based company Groom Design Services and its director Chris Groom.

South Elmsall town clerk Clare Baxter said: “We’ve been running the toy appeal every year for as long as I can remember.
“The appeal is for local children who would wake up on Christmas morning without any gifts.
“Toys are delivered for them on Christmas morning.
“You would be surprised how many children benefit from the appeal.

“Maddy Moo’s helped us promote the appeal.
“Chris wanted to put something back into the community where he is from.
“We do really appreciate everybody helping us support these children.”
Mrs Baxter said toys were still being donated for babies, children and teenagers at the Social Centre, on Westfield Lane, South Elmsall.
