Farmer Copleys celebrate the Platinum Jubilee with gelatos fit for a queen

To celebrate the Queens Platinum Jubilee, Farmer Copleys' head gelato maker Claudio Marelli has created a white chocolate and raspberry ripple gelato encrusted with a Union Jack topping.

He’s also taken inspiration from the recently announced Platinum Pudding with lemon swiss roll, lemon custard, candied orange ripple, white chocolate shards and his specialty- homemade amoretti biscuits - making a gelato that is fit for a queen.

The new flavours will be in the counter at Farmer Copleys, Ravensknowle Farm, Pontefract Road, Pontefract, from May 21 until the end of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
