Plans for six new homes on a patch of overgrown land in Pontefract have been approved.

The two-storey houses will be built on the land between 40 and 46 Churchbalk Lane.
A previous application to build apartments on the site was approved, but never followed through.
Four objections to the latest plans were lodged, but planning officers said they were acceptable.
