A Wakefield family hosted a special Christmas day early this year after three year-old Ellis receives shattering diagnosis.

Laura Pearman, mother, hosted a special Christmas day on Tuesday, September 8 for her son Ellis Price.

The family received thousands of presents and cards through the mail and even had a visit from Batman and Santa.

Santa and his sleigh made a trip to Horbury to visit Ellis.

The family enjoyed Christmas themed snacks.

The West Yorkshire Fire Brigade attended to show their support to Ellis.

Ellis enjoyed trying on the fireman helmet.
