Man seriously injured after car crashes into Wakefield bridge
Police are appealing for witnesses after a car collided wtih a bridge in Wakefield on Sunday.
It happened in Ackworth at about 9am on Sunday, May 2, when a Citroen DS3 travelling towards Badworth on Doncaster Road, struck the railway bridge over the road.
The occupant, a 25-year-old man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
