New plans for flats at former city pub
New attempts are being made to convert a former Wakefield pub into flats.
The Blue Light on Green Lane in Alverthorpe has been subject to several planning applications over the past decade, yet work was never started on the site.
The latest plans are to convert the downstairs area of the old pub into three flats, and retain the existing upper floor flat.
