Wakefield Council has granted planning permission for the blueprints for Glass Houghton Bowling Club.
The Leeds Road building was described as “modestly sized”, and the new extension will measure 7.5 metres x 8.36 metres, matching the design of the existing building.
The planners said: “The proposed side extension to the existing pavilion would provide improvements to the existing bowling club use.”
