Pontefract to Dublin: Staff go the distance for Prince of Wales Hospice

Manager, Penny Hewitt, said: “Our initial plan was to ride to Dublin in 24 hours at a distance of around 400 Km.
“However we smashed this as we reached this distance within 16 hours and 13 minutes.
“Our motto at Logic is to go the extra mile and we definitely did as we continued on throughout the night with heroic efforts from the night shift team.
“We reached a colossal 560Km at our 24 hour finish time.”

Suited up in green attire, all 14 members of staff did their shift on the bike.
Coffee Boy, a coffee shop based in Castleford, came on the day to bring free coffee and donuts to replenish the team after their shifts.
Logic’s initial donation target was £500 - but they have since raised a huge £2,000.
