Residents in Sandal were invited to create their own characters as part of the Scarecrow Salute to our Heroes, in place of the village's annual scarwcrow trail. Take a look at some of our favourites below.

Instead residents were invited to create their own key worker scarecrows and display them in their gardens. The Community Association then produced a list of all those taking part so families could choose how they would walk the trail. | other Photo: Les Goddard
