Three townhouses planned for Normanton street
Permission has been granted to demolish a property in Normanton and build three townhouses.
Plans show number 70 Queen Street being removed so three semi-detached homes can be built on the vacant land.
The new houses will be 2.5 storeys in height and each have three bedrooms.
Despite one letter of objection about loss of privacy, the planning officers said it would not pose significant harm to the area.
