Maragaret Crossland said Sarah Rhodes has worked at Brantwood Hall Care Home in Wakefield since 2006 as a health care assistant.

She is married to Jason, she has a step daughter aged 13, and she and Jason have two boys aged eight and six.

Margaret said: "She's my hero."
