School forced to close due to burst water main

Just days after Ryhill Junior, Infant and Nursery School joined others in closing because of the snow, it has shut once again because they have been left without any water.

Parents were called to the Chapel Street school this morning to collect their youngsters after Yorkshire Water took the decision to switch off the supply so they could fix the problem which is outside the school’s grounds.
