Cllr Barker joined the home for afternoon drinks and sang the afternoon away with residents to local entertainer Linda Stott during the 1940s-style community celebration. He also was given a tour of the care home.

Snapethorpe Hall Home manager Teresa Taylor said: “Thank you to all who came and took part in Care Homes Open Day with us. We all had a wonderful time sitting and chatting with our neighbours, and also singing the afternoon away before enjoying afternoon tea together.”
