National Highways said: "Traffic is stopped on the A1 northbound between the B674 south and B674 north at Wentbridge due to a multi-vehicle collision. Emergency services including West Yorkshire Police are on scene. There are three miles of congestion on approach causing 25 minute delays above normal travel time."
