Drivers warned of delays lasting six weeks as works take place in Castleford

Delays are expected on a Castleford road as six weeks of roadworks begin.

Temporary traffic lights will be in use on Whitwood Common Lane from Monday, July 26 until September, while Wakefield Council carry out work on the road.

Drivers are warned to expect delays.
