VIDEO: Animator's matchstick zombie video
A Featherstone animator is hoping to light up the industry with a quirky piece of work featuring zombie matchstick men.
Jake Blakeston, 22, has created a three minute stop-motion animation which sees wandering matchstick characters transform into zombies before turning against each other as they catch fire.
The University of Central Lancashire student, who attended St Wilfrid’s Catholic High School, is now planning to complete a Masters in animation and is waiting to hear if he has been nominated for a Royal Television Society Student Award.
