Woman drives onto parked car transporter in Wakefield
Motorists in Wakefield faced delays this afternoon (Friday) after a woman drove her car onto a parked transporter.
Denby Dale Road was closed for around an hour following the incident near the junction with Asdale Road.
A police spokesman said the transporter was parked outside the Renault car dealers and a Kia car drove up the ramp of the vehicle before falling off into the road.
The woman has been taken to hospital with minor injuries and the road has reopened.
