Goals from Red Bates, Jake Morrison and Danny Youel clinched a convincing victory that kept the Wakefield side in touch with the leading teams in the division.
They are now six points behind table toppers Swinton Athletic, who they still have to play, and will be looking to put further pressure on the top sides when quickly back in action again at North Gawber Colliery tomorrow.
