Home start for Leeds United

LEEDS United have been handed a home start to the new Championship season.

The Whites begin their campaign at Elland Road on Saturday, August 18 when they take on Wolves, who were relegated from the Premiership.

They then face a potentially testing trip to Blackpool three days later before another away game follows at Peterborough on Saturday, August 25.

The first Yorkshire derby is against Hull City at home on Tuesday, September 18 while Leeds play successive derbies in October against Barnsley at home and Sheffield Wednesday away and face promoted Huddersfield Town at the Galpharm Stadium on Saturday, December 1.

United end the season away at Watford on Saturday, May 4.
