Were you at Belle Vue on historic night? 37 magnificent photos of Wakefield Trinity fans in celebratory mood after Super League play-off eliminator victory over Leigh Leopards

Over 9,000 fans crammed into the DIY Kitchens Stadium last night to witness history, as Wakefield Trinity celebrated making it to their first ever Super League play-off semi-final.

A wonderful 2026 campaign was extended even further after a pulsating play-off eliminator triumph over Leigh Leopards at a sold out, spine-tingling atmospheric Belle Vue, with tries from Tyson Smoothy, Tom Johnstone, Isaiah Vagana and Caius Faatili sealing a dominant 26-16 win.

And our photographer, John Clifton, was there to snap the celebrations in the stands, with Trin now just one game away from an Old Trafford Grand Final appearance for the very first time.
