Castleford Camera Club showcases members’ work at annual exhibition
A Castleford photography group is showcasing more than 100 images as part of its annual exhibition.
The exhibition features work from more than 30 members of Castleford Camera Club, with photographs covering a wide range of subjects, styles and techniques.
The display highlights the variety of photography produced by members, who range in age from under 10 years old to over 80, showing how the hobby brings together people of different generations.
Visitors can see a selection of images including wildlife, landscapes, portraits, architecture and abstract photography, with each photograph reflecting the individual approach of the person who created it.

Castleford Camera Club welcomes photographers of all ages and abilities, offering members the chance to develop their skills, share knowledge and take part in the social side of the hobby.
The exhibition is free to attend and runs at Castleford Indoor Market until July 18.
Anyone interested in joining the club can attend its Monday meetings, held from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at The Roundhill Club.
