Police appeal to trace convicted rapist with Wakefield links
Hardi Hijrani, 21, was jailed in his absence for 12 years and ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for life at Bolton Crown Court last Friday.
He was convicted of raping the girl twice - once at knifepoint - in Bolton between May 1 and June 30, 2012.
Hijrani failed to turn up at court to stand trial on the two counts of rape and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

“It is absolutely vital that Hijrani is brought to justice to serve his out his sentence.
“Despite numerous enquiries to locate him he remains at large and I would urge any member of the public with information as to his whereabouts to call me.”
Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
