Toddler Sense Wakefield named national finalist in three categories at What's On 4 Kids Awards 2026
Toddler Sense Wakefield is celebrating after being named a national finalist in three categories at the prestigious 2026 What's On 4 Kids National Children's Activities Awards.
The popular toddler activity and sensory class provider in Wakefield has been recognised nationally for its work supporting toddlers and young children through fun, structured physical development and sensory activities.
The What's On 4 Kids National Children's Activities Awards are now in their 20th year and celebrate the very best children's activity providers, leaders and businesses across the UK.
A number of the awards are voted for by the families who attend children's activities, giving parents, grandparents and carers the opportunity to recognise the businesses and individuals who make a difference to their children's lives.

Toddler Sense Wakefield is a finalist in three categories:
Most Loved Physical/Sport Activity Franchise/Licence Territory – for the second consecutive year
Most Loved Grandparent Friendly Activity – judged category
Most Loved Activity Leader/Business Manager in Northern England
Being named a finalist in three categories is a fantastic achievement for Toddler Sense Wakefield, particularly as the business is once again being recognised at a national level following last year's awards.
Charlotte Cunningham, owner and lead practitioner at Toddler Sense Wakefield, said: “I am absolutely over the moon to be named a national finalist across three different categories this year!
"To be recognised again following last year's finals means the world to me, especially as so many of these awards are voted for by the wonderful families who come through my doors every week.
“I am so grateful to every parent, grandparent, and carer who took the time to vote and support Toddler Sense Wakefield – this recognition is dedicated to my amazing community.”
The recognition highlights the close relationship Toddler Sense Wakefield has built with families across the local area through its sensory classes and physical development activities for toddlers and young children.
Toddler Sense Wakefield provides weekly, structured sessions designed to encourage children's physical development, confidence, curiosity and exploration through age-appropriate activities.
Families can attend sessions at venues across the Wakefield area, including Lofthouse, Horbury and Standbridge.
The winners of the 2026 What's On 4 Kids National Children's Activities Awards will be announced at a special 20th anniversary awards ceremony at The Athena in Leicester on November 26.
