Champagne reception as Navigation pub celebrates relaunch after floods

A pub devastated by flooding last winter celebrated reopening its doors last week.

The Navigation Inn, Calder Grove held a champagne reception last Thursday to celebrate its restoration after being battered by storms.

Landlady Samantha Hall said: “The opening night was fantastic. It was great to see the pub buzzing with so many guests and I’m delighted that they once again have a quality, community pub to enjoy with friends and family.”
